Report a possible error

Please identify the page URL, the statement in question and, where possible, the source that supports the correction. Do not send passwords, payment information or identity documents.
What we review
We review reports that concern factual accuracy, misleading wording, broken links, outdated information, disclosure clarity and accessibility. We may not change wording solely because it is unfavourable to a particular product or position; the relevant question is whether the content is accurate, useful and fairly qualified.
How updates appear
When a correction materially changes a page’s meaning, we update the visible review date and, where useful, add a short correction note to the relevant page. Small typographical, formatting or link repairs may be made without a standalone note. We do not intentionally conceal substantive corrections by changing a claim without updating the page’s review information.
Editorial judgement
Corrections are assessed against available primary information and the purpose of the page. Some topics, especially operator-specific offers, payment options and account processes, can change quickly. In those cases, a page may be narrowed to general education rather than retain a claim that cannot be confirmed.
